The program aims to support ambitious and innovative entrepreneurs by enabling them to transform their ideas into a minimum viable product. This intensive 14-week Pre Incubation Program to Support Founders at their early startup stages and create sustainable ventures by prioritizing Problem Validation, Market Research, Customer Discovery and thereby understanding of entrepreneurship.
Its provides first-generation entrepreneurs with the opportunity to test, validate and continuously improve on their business ideas. The Program’s uniqueness lies in its focus on an in-depth customer discovery process, enabling entrepreneurs to identify and interact with their target customers to better understand the problem-solution fit.

You’re eligible if you have:

  • Curated and structured live workshops on how to test, validate and continuously improve on the business idea.
  • Co-Founder Alignment Workshops covering Purpose Mapping, Vision Alignment and Operational Philosophy
  • Ideation workshops covering Idea validation, Resource mapping and MVP building

The program helps founders lock in product-market fit, refine their business model, and prepare for scaling and funding. From strategic mentoring to pitch storytelling, ASCENT provides everything you need to transform your venture into a validated, investor-ready startup.

An initiative of the Department of Electronics, IT, BT and S&T, Government of Karnataka and KITS, the Elevate WomEN Incubation Program empowers aspiring women entrepreneurs and women-led startups from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Executed by Global Incubation Services (GINSERV) in the Hubballi, Dharwad, and Belagavi regions, the program provides strategic mentoring, business development support, and access to a strong entrepreneurial network.
Designed to nurture early-stage ideas into market-ready ventures, Elevate WomEN equips participants with the tools, knowledge, and guidance to scale their businesses and contribute to a vibrant startup ecosystem in Karnataka.
